Agreement and license
By downloading or using Dayturn, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard EULA. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Dayturn on Apple-branded devices as allowed by Apple’s usage rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of journal text, photos, drawings, and other content you create. You are responsible for having the rights to content you add, export, or share. Dayturn does not claim ownership of your journal.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Dayturn currently offers no free trial. The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically and is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. The lifetime option is charged once and does not renew. Apple manages renewal, cancellation, refunds, pricing, taxes, and billing; you can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Dayturn, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Health and informational features
Weather, health, activity, sleep, and writing-related features are for personal journaling and general information only. Dayturn is not a medical device and does not provide medical, safety, legal, or professional advice. Do not rely on it for emergencies or health decisions.
Availability and changes
We may improve, add, remove, or discontinue features. Services that depend on Apple, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, weather providers, or network access may be delayed or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Warranty and liability
Dayturn is provided as available and subject to the disclaimers and liability limits in Apple's Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
Termination, governing terms, and contact
Your right to use Dayturn may end if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Apple's Standard EULA contains additional governing-law and third-party-beneficiary terms.
